New Jersey

Although it is set amidst several major east coast metropolises like New York and Philadelphia, the state of New Jersey has still managed to make a name for itself. As the most densely populated state in the country, there can be no argument that the Garden State has a definite attraction, with its broad coastal access, thriving cities and idyllic smaller towns.

Although it is commonly associated with places like Newark or Atlantic City, Jersey is a beautifully green state, abounding with lush national parks, lakes and forests (hence the nickname), and the Jersey Shore draws thousands of vacationers every year. Newark, an air and rail travel hub of the east coast, is known appropriately as the Gateway City. It is the largest in New Jersey with a population of 277,000, followed closely by Jersey City slightly to the north.

Newark is known for containing a number of excellent universities, all located within the University Heights district; distinguished among these are Rutgers University, Essex County College, and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, all of which have graduated many of the top urologists in New Jersey. However, the state’s most famous institution is none other than Princeton University, a celebrated Ivy League school in the town of Princeton on the western border. It is currently rated the number one university in America and has outstanding programs in the medical field and beyond. Princeton alumni make up the top urologists in New Jersey and can be found at Urologists.com.
